This Privacy Policy applies to the LingoTrust website, platform and translation services, provided by LingoTrust Translation and Language Solutions Company, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“LingoTrust”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Your name, company, job title, email address and phone number when you create an account or contact us.
The documents and files you upload for translation, and any instructions or glossaries you share with us.
Invoices, plan details and payment records. Payments are processed securely by Moyasar, a payment company licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). Your card details go directly to Moyasar and are never stored on our servers.
Basic technical data such as browser type, device and pages visited, collected through cookies to keep the website working and improve it.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information only to:
- Deliver, review and return your translations.
- Create and manage your account and plan.
- Process payments and issue invoices.
- Respond to your requests and provide support.
- Apply your terminology and style preferences to future projects.
- Keep our Services secure and meet our legal obligations.
We never use your documents or translations to train AI models, and we never use your content for any purpose other than delivering your project.
How We Protect Your Content
- Files are processed on our private servers and never sent to public AI tools.
- Personal data is detected and masked before AI processing.
- Data is encrypted in transit between your device and our servers.
- Security is managed under ISO 27001 certified controls and tested through independent penetration testing.
- All linguists, employees and freelancers, are bound by confidentiality agreements.
- Linguists work in a secure environment that prevents downloading, copying or capturing files.
- Access is limited to the people working on your project.
How Long We Keep Your Data
Source documents and translations are permanently deleted 60 days after delivery.
Account details are kept while your account is active and deleted on request after it closes.
Invoices are kept for the period required by Saudi tax and accounting laws.
Need your files deleted sooner? Contact us and we will delete them before the 60-day period ends.
